You don't have to worry when you shop with Folly Gifts

We want you to have a great shopping experience. That’s why we include generous return policies for all items we sell. And it’s why we offer the Money Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied. We also price our goods competitively, If for some reason you purchase from us and find a lower price. Email us and will try to match that price.

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you can return it for a refund.

A returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • How do I return an item?

    1. To start a return, email us @Fun@FollyGifts.com.
    2. Include the reason for the return.
    3. Next, pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, affix the shipping label, and send the item back to us within five business days of starting the return. You can drop the package off at the post office or schedule a pickup with the US Postal Service or designated carrier.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Refunds 
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    Gifts 
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    We offer free shipping on all our products. However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
